Foxgrove
is one of the longer standing homes in the Pri-Med Group. Established in 1983
Foxgrove is well known throughout Felixstowe, and indeed Suffolk. Although running
for many years we have an extensive program of modernisation and improvement
(decoration etc), through regular inspection, resident feedback etc. We maintain
a very high standard of interior decor and cleanliness. This goes to ensure
that Foxgrove is still the warm friendly environment it has been since first
opening.
Jenny Coulson, manager
of Foxgrove has been with the Pri-Med Group since 1978. Jenny is a qualified
nurse and she has a wealth of experience in managing nursing and residential
home.
She has been involved
in ensuring that the quality of care in all the homes is of the highest standard.
This has been achieved by following an ongoing programme of continual improvement.
Since coming to Foxgrove her priority has been to ensure that the home continues
to be individual, homely, comfortable, relaxed and a joy for both residents
and staff.
Foxgrove is located on
High Road East in Felixstowe, just on the outskirts of Old Felixstowe. Before
being sold to the Primed Group it was a boarding house for Felixstowe Ladies
College - the attic still retains inscriptions by 'the girls'.
We
offer a range of generously proportioned single and double rooms mostly with
en-suite shower/bathroom, some others with only toilet/ basin facilities, each
with all the relevant call systems, plush carpets central heating etc that you

As you may see from the photo's Foxgrove is a plush home, with lovely gardens.
Within easy reach of the town centre, and with its busy and friendly social
life, Foxgrove is a must for the active independent elderly who want some of
